Asian Pork and Noodles

8 oz ground pork
1 Tbsp arrowroot
2 Tbsp soy sauce for pork
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
4 Tbsp soybean or peanut oil
4 oz bean noodles or vermicelli
1/4 cup water
2 tsp Chile Seed Oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp scallion, diced
Soak bean noodles in warm water until soft. Cut into 3″ lengths. Alternately, boil vermicelli and do the same.
Mix meat with arrowroot, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside for a few minutes. Heat oil until hot. Add pork and stir fry for around 60 seconds. Remove pork and leave leftover oil in pan. Add water and Chile Seed Oil to pan. Then add soy sauce and salt and cook until boiling. Turn heat down, then stir in noodles. Mix well. Add meat to noodles and mix until well blended. Just before removing from heat, add scallions and mix well. Drizzle even more Chile Seed Oil for extra heat!
