Baked Apples

4 large apples
4 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons dark Rum
2 ounces almonds, coarsely chopped
4 Tablespoons Stöger Cherry Seed Oil
1 ounce raisins
1 lemon
sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the apples at the top, remove the seeds and place on prepared pan. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice. combine chopped almonds, raisins, honey and rum. Fill apples with mixture and top each with Stöger Cherry Seed Oil. Bake at 350 degrees until softened.

Remove from baking sheet and plate with a side of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and drizzle Stöger Cherry Seed Oil over all.
