Submitted by: Erin Headley Drizzle pumpkin seed oil over cubed vegetables such as potatoes, onions, carrots and beets. Season with salt and pepper and roast at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until vegetables are fork tender.
Drizzle Stöger pumpkin seed oil into your favorite soup, especially the heavier ones, such as, pumpkin, squash or chowders. Once you’ve tried it, you may not ever eat soup again without it!
Drizzle tomato seed oil over pasta and season with salt and pepper. Simple, healthy and delicious.
