Pumpkin Granola

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine:
3 cups thick cut rolled oats
1-1/2 cups Stöger Austrian Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup oat bran
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup Stöger Pumpkin Seed Oil
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup good maple syrup

Spread on 2 baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes. Stir granola and bake for another 20 minutes until it begins to get crispy. Remove from oven and stir in:

1 cup dried blueberries
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup mixed raisins

Stir well and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
