3/4 cup Stöger Pumpkin Seed Oil
1/4 cup Vinegar, we prefer Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp Honey, personally, I like lavender honey but pure clover will do just fine
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Drizzle over mixed greens or fresh baby spinach. Top with crumbled blue cheese, dried cranberries or fresh berries and most importantly; roasted and salted pumpkin seeds!
