½ lb bean sprouts
1 lb shredded carrots
1 Tbsp sesame oil plus extra for tossing[divider style=”solid” color=”#ffffff” width=”1px”]
Cook linguini to al dente. Blanche bean sprouts in boiling water 4-5 min. Drain both and toss with sesame oil.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine 1 Tbsp chopped garlic, 2 Tbsp sesame paste, ½ Tbsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp honey, 1/2 Tbsp Stöger Seed Chile Oil.
You can add cooked chicken and sliced cucumbers to make this a full meal
Toss noodles with dressing and serve
