Spicy Strawberry Jam

2 1/2 cups chopped fresh strawberries

Juice of one lemon

1 1/3 cups sugar

2 Tablespoons pectin

1 Tablespoon Stöger Chile Seed oil

Bring chopped strawberries and lemon juice to a boil in a medium saucepan.  Stir in sugar and pectin.  Bring to a rolling boil that cannot be stirred down for 2 minutes.  Remove from heat and stir in Stöger Chile Seed Oil.

Pour into 3 pint sized ball jars.  Submerge closed jar in boiling water for 10 minutes and remove to cooling rack.
