Tomato Lobster Bisque

lobsterMelt a generous amount of butter and pour over cooked and cleaned lobster meat. Add any juices reserved while cleaning lobster. In a separate saucepan, scald a rich mixture of milk and cream. Add lobster to saucepan. Cool stew in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight. Warm slowly on stove when ready to use. Ladle bisque into individual bowls and drizzle each one with Stöger Tomato Seed Oil.
