1 ½ cups fresh pineapple, diced
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 small Serrano chile pepper, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp Stöger Tomato Seed Oil
Combine above ingredients and serve with freshly baked corn tortillas, or use as an accompaniment with your favorite fish dish.
