Cover two baking sheets tightly with foil. Preheat oven to 370 degrees. Place one pound of bacon slices evenly distributed on each tray. In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup Stöger Chile Seed Oil with 1 cup brown sugar. Sprinkle mixture over bacon. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and flip each bacon slice over. Return to oven for approximately 15 minutes more, or until bacon is crisp. Use thongs to pick up each slice and place on a cooling rack. It will be very sticky so do not use paper towels. When bacon is cool the slices will stand up and slouch over a short or stemmed glass for serving.
