Roasted Cauliflower

IMG_0722Such a simple, delicious and healthy side dish!  Chop 2 heads of Cauliflower into bite-size pieces.  Toss pieces in a bowl with 1/4 cup Stöger Hazelnut Oil and 1 teaspoon kosher salt.  Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees until the cauliflower is tender and starting to crisp.  Sprinkle with salt and fresh cracked pepper if desired.
