Roasted Radishes

3 bunches, about 30 radishes

4 Tablespoons Stöger Pumpkin Seed Oil

1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

Rinse radishes and pat dry, careful not to smash the greens.  The greens are actually the most tasty part of this side dish!  Cut radishes in half.  Drizzle Pumpkin Seed Oil and sprinkle with salt.  Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until the radishes are tender.  Use a spatula to move or flip the radishes half way through cooking time.  Remove to serving dish and season with salt and fresh cracked pepper if desired.
